Freeview was launched in 2002, providing a digital TV service to any home or business across the country with access to an aerial, receiver and a Freeview set top box or pre-tuned television set.
The standard Freeview package delivers over 120 free-to-view television and radio channels for the cost of just the license fee and as it works through an aerial, there is no need to install a satellite dish.
Additional features can be added to the basic Freeview package and Freeview+ and Freeview HD facilities have supported digital recording and the growth of high definition television.
ADS-Digital delivers full Freeview Aerial services for home and businesses. We install multi-room setups and offer a specialised installation service for larger premises.
Terrestrial Freeview requires a digitally compatible TV aerial and a digital ready TV. If your TV is not digital ready, then a Freeview set-top box will enable you to enjoy subscription-free TV services and over 120 channels.
Freeview now offers High Definition channels to enjoy for free and with a plus set-top box you can also record, pause and rewind live TV so it’s easy for you to catch up on your favourite show or replay that goal one more time.
As a CAI (The Confederation of Aerial Industries) registered company all the equipment we provide is CAI certified and also come with a 12-month warranty.
