UNBIASED AND SKILLED ENGINEERS…

We directly employ our own engineers to ensure they will offer our customers an unbiased service that is focused solely upon producing the best system for your requirements, rather than selling specific products. In addition to insisting that each installer is checked by the Criminal Records Bureau, we also make sure they have all of the necessary industry training and good communication skills to deliver you the best service.

COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE…

ADS come with extensive experience of working on large housing blocks, public sector buildings and large commercial projects. Our senior engineers offer advanced specialised knowledge and at least three years of direct industry experience. We are used to designing and building advanced systems in a wide variety of environments and will be happy to integrate our services with other members of your project, such as interior designers.

Every client will have their site reviewed by one of our senior ADS engineers. During your direct consultation, we will endeavour to really listen to your requirements so that we can offer you the most effective installation solution to fit your needs and specific premises. RAPID 48 HOUR CALL-OUT RESPONSE…

ADS installations incorporate entertainment services, computer networking, security and surveillance systems and access control. Our installations therefore supply essential set ups that will enhance your relaxation in the home, the smooth running of your business or perhaps even your personal safety. We therefore value the importance of offering you a rapid response to any problems that may arise and have the potential to disrupt the smooth functioning of your site. ADS Digital guarantee a 48 hour call out response, helping you to fix any faults before they can cause further problems or disturbance.

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE…

All of our new installations and system upgrades are covered by a full one year guarantee. This covers all of our equipment and is fully inclusive of labour. Should you experience any problems as a direct result of our engineering work, your designated senior engineer will return to your site and review the fault. A solution will be delivered, with any further labour or equipment provided free of charge.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT…

ADS Digital offer an Extended Maintenance Package to all clients, in addition to our standard rapid call-out response and customer guarantee. This is a particularly popular purchase of commercial clients, helping to further protect advanced installations with quarterly checks, preventative maintenance work and the planned replacement of aging parts.
