It can be frustrating when tenants and businesses continue to complain about their maintained services, as it creates a huge amount of administration for our facilities clients. Our service stops this; our clients have one point of contact at ADS Digital – then we take care of the rest.
Flexible Maintenance Options
At ADS Digital we offer two types of facility service:
- A re-active Service
We value the importance of offering our clients a rapid response to any problems that may arise and have the potential to disrupt the smooth functioning of your site. ADS Digital guarantee a 48-hour call out response, helping you to minimise the length of disruption to the service being provided. Upon arrival our engineers will carry out a full diagnostic and report back to you with a summary of their findings including photographs along with how we plan to rectify the issue with a set cost. All efforts are made to fix a fault there and then as our vehicles are always well stocked. Some of our clients set a maximum spend which further decreases time and administration costs.
- An annual maintenance contract
We offer an annual maintenance contract to all our clients in addition to the re-active service. This is a particularly popular annual purchase for commercial based clients wanting to further protect advanced systems with planned quarterly checks, re-active services and replacement of faulty or ageing parts when required.
Year round maintenance for one annual cost can save a huge amount of money and time when compared to having to replace a system or components due to lack of care. It also allows our clients to use their annual budgets more effectively.

We moved into a new house at the end of November and found both the existing satellite dish and normal aerial were broken. Sky couldnt come until December 30th and, wiith two young children, a house move to unpack and Christmas around the corner, having no TV was a scary concept!!
