At ADS Digital we offer two types of facilities service. A reactive maintenance service and an annual maintenance contract.

Our reactive service is contract-free and offers our full range of facilities services for a one-off payment for investigation and remedial works if required. Popular with electrical contractors, private landlords, property management and facilities companies.

As an emergency service, this guarantees a 48-hour response time to reported faults and enables our clients to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Upon arrival, our engineers will carry out a full diagnostic and report back to the client with a summary of their findings including photographs along with how we plan to rectify the issue for a set cost.
All efforts are made to fix a fault on the same day as our vehicles are always well stocked. Some of our clients set a maximum spend which further decreases time and administration costs.
