Perfect!

This is the third time I have used ADS and as usual, they did not disappoint. I have recently moved house and the team have installed and set me up with an intricate AV system over 10 + rooms. They have fully integrated Sky, Freeview, DVD, CCTV and SONOS.

A great and friendly experience

Very impressed with the way this company manages interactions with customers:
- Got a phone call on the day they were originally due to come explaining that they had been delayed on a previous job and could they reschedule. Its amazing how rare this courtesy is these days and it allowed me to re-plan my day. Very much appreciated
- Nick and Andrew were very friendly and professional when they arrived and did the job in an impressively quick time in absolutely foul weather. Explained the options and costs before doing anything and gave me the comfort of feeling it was being done by professionals. 

Great job and I would definitely use them again.

First Class Customer Service

I selected ADS because:-
1) They were recommended by several people in the local Facebook group
2) Their excellent Trust Pilot rating

The certainly lived up to the rating. 
Customer service is first class. I wish all service providers that I ask to help me in my home had this focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

They did such a good job on the A/V and wireless access point mesh WiFi that I got them to quote for the CCTV. They did just a good job on that.

In terms of price, they are not the cheapest but they proved that it is worth paying a bit extra for their attitude and obsession with having happy customers.

I rarely review service providers on Trust Pilot but these guys deserve a five star rating.
