Drawing Room – Intelligent Lighting and Invisible Audio

The elegant drawing room combines refined interior design with advanced smart home technology to create a discreet yet powerful automation experience.

Lighting is controlled via the sophisticated Lutron Electronics HomeWorks system, providing precise scene control and effortless adjustment throughout the day. Aged-brass keypads are beautifully paired with matching Lutron thermostats, delivering cohesive lighting and climate control with a luxurious finish.

Six carefully designed lighting circuits highlight the room’s architectural features while maintaining a clean, uncluttered aesthetic. To preserve the integrity of the period detailing, we specified an invisible audio solution from Amina Invisible Speakers. The speakers are fully concealed within the walls, delivering outstanding sound performance without visible hardware – exactly as envisioned by the client.

The television system is fully integrated with the invisible audio setup, including a discreetly hidden subwoofer to provide rich, immersive sound. The result is a high-performance media space that remains visually elegant and architecturally sympathetic.

Living and Dining Room – Seamless Control with Control4 and Lutron Palladiom

The beautifully appointed dining and TV room exemplifies intelligent home automation tailored to modern living.

An 8-circuit lighting scheme is seamlessly controlled via exquisite Lutron Palladiom keypads, allowing the homeowner to select perfectly curated lighting scenes at the touch of a button.
