Following the successful completion of a basement conversion at this property, we were delighted to return to work with our long-standing client in St John’s Wood on this spectacular smart-home automation project. Building on the existing installation, we upgraded the property with advanced smart-home technology, including a dedicated audio zone, new Halo remotes, and fully integrated Alexa voice control scenes, all tailored to the client’s requirements.
From initial design through to final installation, every stage of the project was carefully planned in collaboration with the client to deliver a seamless and intuitive smart-home experience. A standout feature of the project is the hidden television, a technically challenging yet show-stopping solution that integrates flawlessly with the fully automated Lutron lighting system and the high-end garden audio setup.
The entire system is powered by Control4, providing effortless control via elegant on-wall touchscreens and the Control4 app, allowing the client to manage lighting, audio, and entertainment throughout the home with ease.
