Brief
Following an on-site visit with our client and subsequent design meeting. We were asked to work with his Lighting Designer to upgrade the lighting system, utilising a Lutron mainframe. The client requested specific fittings, fixtures, and mood lighting to create a changeable ambience around the house.
A MESH Network System was created with WiFi 6 Access Points to give the best possible reception around the entire property.
We designed and installed a Mini Cinema Room in their loft, with an Acoustic Fixed Screen and Projector, producing a 7.2 Surround Sound System to maximise the experience.
A recessed Motorised Cinema Screen and an Automated Ceiling Projector was installed in the master bedroom, controlled by Control4 via a Halo Remote.
The client requested for everything to be controlled centrally, so the Heating System, lighting and high end Night Vision CCTV could all be viewed and controlled via a Control4 Touch Screen.
The client didn’t really want the AV Rack to take up space in the house, so we located it in the garage for convenience.
