The client in St John’s Wood NW8 London wanted a fully integrated smart home system featuring Lutron lighting, automated blinds and curtains (Koza/Silent Gliss), multi-room audio (Control4), full control integration (Control4) and heating integration (Heatmiser/Control4). Our role was to bring all these elements together by integrating the entire apartment using Lutron switches and Control4 as the central automation platform.
In the living room we designed and installed a bespoke recessed TV bracket that allowed the screen to sit flush within the wall despite the limited depth available. In the bedroom we used a Future Automation bracket to achieve the same recessed finish with the added benefit of a pull-out mechanism for easy access and maintenance.
We also recessed TVs throughout the apartment to maintain a clean, modern aesthetic and upgraded the audio system for improved performance and clarity.
The result is a beautifully integrated smart home that combines effortless lighting control, automated shading, high-quality audio and seamless heating management – all from one unified system. We are pleased to say our client is delighted with his smart home and the enhanced lifestyle it delivers.
